All bookings will remain in pending status until we confirm them. Please note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may occasionally suggest alternate times. However, we always make every effort to accommodate your requested time slot. Please also check your email regularly – including your spam or junk folder – as we will use email to reach out regarding your booking.

• 48+ hours before session: You may reschedule at no extra cost.
• 24 – 48 hours: $55 fee will apply to reschedule.
• Within 24 hours of session: Rescheduling is not available, and your booking will be forfeited.

Buffer time: To accommodate any unforeseen circumstances, we have incorporated a 15-minute buffer period both before and after each recording session. It’s important to note, however, that this buffer time is specifically reserved for preparation and unforeseen delays, and cannot be utilized or exchanged for additional recording time.
